For four days (29 May to 1 June 2023) they have shared each other achievements and challenges as individuals, groups, or organizations. This workshop also provides lessons on leadership and how to build self-confidence. This is considered important because one of the obstacles to women's leadership is low self-confidence, as one of the obstacle in women leadership is low self-confidence. In general, women tend to think that they are not a leader or not worthy to lead due to cultural factors that subordinated and marginalized women.

This workshop is also an opportunity to exchange information, experience, and networking, and to motivate each other to continue their efforts to maintain and protect nature in their respective regions.
